Spring Step & Punch Recipe : (Need 1 Pair Boxing Gloves, 1 Heavy Bag)
100 Hops on toes
100 Straight punches (low on heavy bag)
100 Straight punches (middle on heavy bag)
100 Straight punches (very high on heavy bag)
100 Hops alternating feet (50 each foot)
100 Uppercuts (low on heavy bag)
100 Uppercuts (middle of heavy bag)
100 Uppercuts (very high on heavy bag)
50 High hops
50 Knee touches (jump & touch gloves on high knees)
100 Punches hard and fast (your choice. . . mix ’em up!)
*all together, this warm up is 1000 Punches and 1000 Hops*
