MMA TRAINING
Every class involves techniques, drills, defense and offense from Kickboxing, Wrestling, Grappling Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Traditional Arts.
KICKBOXING
At Marinobles we teach true Kickboxing developed and proven in the ring by Mr Marinoble himself. He is a World Champion Kickboxer and has tested out his techniques in real situations and in real Kickboxing competitions. Beware of schools that claim to teach real Kickboxing techniques..
WEAPONS
Even though Karate means "empty hand," weapons are an integral part of training. Their use can double your strength, enhance your coordination, and make you a superior empty-handed fighter. Weapons training offers a chance to work on dexterity, hand/eye coordination as well as focus, endurance and additional body conditioning. At Marinoble's weapons training is a part of the total package.
