Our Strength, Conditioning, and Flexibilty classes are designed to cahllenge the best of people at all levels. Martial arts are a complete body workout and our classes will help you tone, trim and strenthen your muscles in a fun alternative to going to the “traditional” fitness center.

When I first joined Marinoble’s in November 2008, I was hesitant and didn’t know what to except. I had just cancelled my membership at my other gym of 5 years. – It was the best thing I had ever done!
My husband recommended that I start taking Mr. Ewen’s Strength & Conditioning class. I went to his class with an open mind and ready to take on a new challenge. I cannot say enough about the life changing experience I’ve had through this class!! This class has taught me so much about myself and how to push through my limitations. My main objective for this class was not weight loss, but to acquire strength, flexibility and endurance. I began to notice results in a few short months, I dropped one whole pant size! I have also gained tremendous energy to sustain my busy life. My (trainer) coach, Mr. Ewen has been a great support for myself and my family, he is the best motivator! I now feel more physically fit than I ever have! I am now up to attending 3 classes a week, and I’m excited to go to Marinoble’s each week because I’m investing in my health.
I feel strong and only getting stronger! I am confident that I only want to continue to challenge myself in and out of the (gym) Marinoble’s.
