Kids MMA

Kids Grappling and Ju Jitsu
Learning how the body works and what balance and leverage are good for is essential in the art of MMA. Our MMA program is made from Japanese and Brazillian Ju-Jitsu, American Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Dave Marinoble’s own knowledge and tricks. It is an explosive, versatile, and dynamic system that has trained and built champions.

Kids Jiu Jitsu Armbar Submission
Most fights will end up on the ground at some point. Ju Jitsu is a big part of our MMA system, and will teach your child the art of self defense with submission holds and joint locks. This often allows the confrontation to end with a verbal or physical “tap” instead of bloody noses and black eyes.

Japanese and Brazilian Ju Jitsu

If your kids are interested in doing the things Mixed Martial Artists do in the UFC Octagon then this might be the perfect starting point for them to experience the real thing without all the damage to their body. The struggle of person vs person is a great chance to learn about yourself and your limits. Competition is also a big part of this system, just as with kickboxing. And if it sounds interesting and suitable to your child, they have plenty of options for tournaments, and matches.
