Unlike full-contact MMA competitions seen in professional fighting, our Kids MMA classes focus on skill development, discipline, and confidence-building rather than full-contact sparring. If your kids are interested in doing the things Mixed Martial Artists do in the UFC Octagon then this might be the perfect starting point for them to experience the real thing without all the damage to their body. The struggle of person vs person is a great chance to learn about yourself and your limits. Competition is also a big part of this system, just as with kickboxing.
